Important Update For Registered Accounts:
Prior to January 1, 2022 Computershare was the custodian of all registered accounts which held your investment in Aroi. On January 1, 2022 Computershare sold this segment of their business to Olympia Trust. Olympia has reached out to all former Computershare account holders via email with instructions to setup online access. As a result of this your re-authorization is required to enable Aroi’s team to continue to assist you with account maintenance. Please complete the steps to Authorize a Representative
Registered Account Information:
- Sign up with Olympia Trust for the first time
- Olympia Trust Investor Portal (for existing accounts) – link to portal
- Olympia Trust account maintenance:
- Authorize Aroi to assist with account maintenance
- Reset your Olympia Trust online portal password
- Update your contact information with Olympia Trust
- Deposit funds to your Olympia Trust account
- Olympia Trust Investor Forms – These are available in the Olympia investor portal.
- Withdrawal
- Beneficiary change
- Pre authorized fee payment change
Olympia Online Access Instructions:
- Please check your inbox for an email from Olympia Trust. It should be found easily by searching for “olympia” or “RSP Portal” or “[email protected]”
- Follow the instructions in that email to setup your online access.
- If the setup link has expired simply forward the email to [email protected] asking them to provide a new portal setup link, or give them a call at 1-877-565-0001
- If you have multiple registered accounts there may be multiple emails from Olympia.
Authorize a Representative
- Use a desktop computer to log into the online client portal. https://portal.olympiatrust.com
- NOTE: investors have reported problems when using mobile devices for this process.
- Select “online transactions”
- Select “third party access”
- Search for “Aroi Mortgage Investment Corporation Inc.”
- Click “confirm”
- Click “sign document”
- Follow the blue prompts in the top right to complete signing
